Complete guide to using E-Rat's Electronic Notarization Services
E-Rat (Electronically Ratified) is the Philippines' first fully compliant Electronic Notarization Facility under Supreme Court A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC. We enable secure, legal, and convenient electronic notarization of documents through advanced technology and strict compliance with Philippine law.

Create an Account
Register as a Principal (document signer) or Notary. Verify your email address to activate your account.
Complete Identity Verification
Upload your government-issued ID and complete facial recognition. This is required before you can participate in notarization sessions.
Upload Your Document
Navigate to the E-Notarize page, upload your document, select the type, and proceed to payment.
Join Video Session
At your scheduled time, join the video conference with the notary. Review and sign your document during the live session.
Download Your Notarized Document
After the session, download your electronically notarized document from your dashboard. It's legally valid and ready to use!
